Do I need to register for an account to be able to make a purchase?
No, you do not need an account to make a purchase. However, you will need an account to be able to manage your order and see your order history.

How do I reset my password?
Click here and then click the forgot your password link to reset your password.

How do I place an order online?
You can place an order by navigating to the product category from the menu bar or better still, you can do a search for the product. Once you find the product, you can add to cart and check out. You can add as many products as you want and check out once you are ready.

How do I cancel or update my order?
You may cancel your order as long as it has not shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. If you need to modify your order, you will need to cancel and reorder, as long as the order has not shipped.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds usually take 3 - 5 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. Refunds for returns will only be issued after the product has been received at the warehouse. Please see our refund policy.

What are the available payment options?
We accept all of the major credit cards as well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. To be able to use Apple Pay, you must be using Safari and have your payment information saved on your device. Similarly, you must be using Google Chrome and have your payment information saved.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship to several countries in North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. See the full list of the countries we ship to on the Shipping & Delivery page.

How long does delivery take?
We have warehouses around the World. Depending on which warehouse the item is shipping from, it may take anywhere between 15 - 25 working days for the order to reach its final destination.

Why are my shipments arriving separately?
Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. Therefore, if an order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and you'd likely receive one item before the next. If you do not get all of your items at once, don't panic as they are on the way.
